Розглянуто значення дій мобілізаційного характеру для активізації участі громадян у виборах. Наголошено на тому, що природа політичної мобілізації (її авторитарний чи змагальний виміри) істотно змінюється залежно від соціокультурного контексту політичної системи, в якій вона здійснюється. Стверджується, що використання технологій маніпулятивного характеру необхідне для задіювання емоційної домінанти електорального вибору, яка все ще переважає в електоральній практиці України.

MOBILIZING ELECTION TECHNOLOGIES: THE EXPERIENCE OF AUTHORITARIAN MOBILIZATION

The principal objective of this paper is to demonstrate the importance of mobilization actions aimed at activation of citizen participation in elections. It is emphasized the that nature of political mobilization (in particular, its authoritarian or competitive dimension) changes substantially depending on the social and cultural context of the political system. This paper also presents a perspective on the use of manipulation techniques and technologies that are necessary for involving emotional dominant, which is still prevalent in the process of electoral manipulation in Ukraine.
