ФЕНОМЕН СЕПАРАТИЗМУ
У СУЧАСНИХ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ВІДНОСИНАХ

Досліджено вплив сепаратизму на міжнародно-політичне становище держав світу. Проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні засади вивчення сепаратизму, досліджено проблематику дефініювання явища, з’ясовано основні причини сепаратистських тенденцій, виокремлено форми їхніх проявів. Висвітлено стан наукової розробки проблеми у працях вітчизняних і закордонних дослідників.
Досліджено роль міжнародних організацій та інших міжнародних акторів у боротьбі з проявами сепаратизму
Визначені механізми запобігання використання сепаратизму для дестабілізації ситуації як всередині держав, так і в контексті міжнародно-політичного становища.

THE SEPARATISM FENOMEN IN CURRENT INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

The complex study of the separatism influence into the international-politic situation in the world is done. The theoretical and methodological basis of separatism is analyzed, the problem of definition this phenomenon is investigated, the main reasons of separatist tendencies is clarified, and the main forms of their manifestations are singled. The level of scientific development of separatism in the works of domestic and foreign researchers is studied.
In the article the author argues that ethnical, religious, territorial, social, cultural, political, linguistic, historical are the main factors of separatism.
The role of international organizations and other international actors in the fight against manifestations of separatism in the region is investigated. The efficiency of their activities and the ways of optimization their conflict resolution tools are analyzed.
The perspectives of using mechanisms to prevent the use of separatism to destabilize the situation in states and in the context of the international political situation are described. It is considered that international organization, negotiation, economical and political sanctions, international law, international convention, peacekeeping troops are the most effective international mechanisms on combating separatism.
